How OnlyStars collects, uses and protects your personal information. Last updated 9 September 2026.
In one paragraph. You message us on Telegram with four things: your first name, your Instagram username, your date of birth and roughly when you could work. We use them to confirm you are over 18 and to arrange a call. We never take your ID documents. We never sell or share your details. You can have everything deleted the same day you ask, without giving a reason.
OnlyStars is the data controller for everything described in this policy, which means we decide what is collected and what happens to it. We operate from the United Kingdom.
Write to us about anything on this page at onlystaragency5@gmail.com or on Telegram at @jrofmm, and a person will answer. If you need our full registered details for a formal request or a complaint, ask and we will give them to you.
This policy is written for the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Everything here comes directly from you. We do not buy lists, we do not scrape profiles, and nobody can submit an application on your behalf.
We do not take your passport, ID card or any identity document. Every platform runs its own age and identity check, and you complete it yourself on a link we send, uploading straight to them. Your documents go to the platform that is legally required to hold them and never pass through us. There is no copy of your ID in any OnlyStars inbox, account or device.
| What we do | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Reply to your message and answer your questions | You asked us to | Your explicit consent |
| Confirm you are 18 or over | We cannot lawfully work with anyone younger | Legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in not breaking the law |
| Arrange and hold a call | Steps towards a possible agreement | Your explicit consent, and steps prior to entering a contract |
| Manage your work if you join | To do what we agreed to do | Performance of your contract with us |
Because applying for this work says something about your private life, we treat what you send us as special category information under Article 9 of the UK GDPR, and we rely on your explicit consent to handle it. That matters in a practical way: you can withdraw your consent at any time, and when you do we stop and delete. Withdrawing costs you nothing and does not affect anything that happened lawfully before you withdrew.
Your application lives in our Telegram conversation with you and nowhere else. We do not copy it into a database, a spreadsheet, a CRM or a mailing list.
Three third parties are involved only because they carry the message you sent through them, and each holds it under its own terms:
These services store data on servers outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where information leaves the UK it is protected by the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers or other agencies, and we do not use it to build a profile of you. No automated system makes decisions about your application: a person reads every message.
It depends entirely on what you decide, so here is each case rather than one vague sentence.
It happens often and nobody minds. People ask a few questions, think about it, and never come back. We do not chase you, we do not add you to anything, and we do not message you again unless you message first. The conversation sits untouched for twelve months and then we delete it.
We delete it within thirty days. The exception is if you tell us you might want to come back later, which plenty of people do. In that case we keep the conversation so you never have to explain your situation twice, and you can tell us to delete it whenever you change your mind.
Then we stay in contact, which is rather the point. Your manager works from that same Telegram conversation from day one: your schedule, your weekly plan, your questions at eleven at night. Your details stay there for as long as you are with us, and for the period written into your agreement after you leave. That period is in the agreement itself, in plain language, and you read it before you sign anything, rather than finding it buried on a page like this one.
Ask, and we delete it the same day. You do not owe us a reason and we will not ask you for one.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To use any of these, message @jrofmm or email onlystaragency5@gmail.com. We will not ask you to justify yourself and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. You do not need our permission and you do not need to tell us you are doing it.
This site and this work are strictly for adults. We do not knowingly accept applications from anyone under 18, and confirming your age is the first thing we do with what you send. If you are under 18, do not apply. If we discover that someone under 18 has contacted us, we delete their information immediately.
If another person is pushing you to apply, tell us and we will end the application quietly, with no questions put back to you and nothing said to anyone else. Nobody applies here on another person's behalf, and we would rather lose an applicant than take one who was pushed.

If we change how any of this works we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are working with us, we will tell you directly rather than expecting you to notice.
