Questions

The questions that decide it

The things we get asked most, answered straight. Anything we have missed, bring it to your call.

What does a webcam agency actually do?
An agency takes the business side off your hands: profile setup, platform strategy, promotion, technical support and payouts, so your time goes on performing rather than admin. You keep ownership of your work, and everything you need to start is covered by us.
Do I need any experience?
None. Complete beginners often do better than people who have spent months struggling alone, because there are no habits to undo. The programme is written for someone starting at zero: we handle setup, platforms and strategy, and you show up and follow the plan.
How much can I realistically earn?
The honest middle is the $2,000-$3,000 range set out on the earnings page. That is not a payment we make regardless of effort: it is what the strategy returns when you actually run it, so part-time hours or an ignored plan will land you under it. There is no cap above it either, and our best earners clear $10,000 a month, though that takes full-time hours and months of consistency rather than a strong first month. On the call we work it out for your real hours, and once you are live everything you make is itemised in your portal.
Will my family or employer find out?
This is the question we get most, and we take it seriously. You get a separate alias identity, geo-blocking configured so nobody in your area or country can find your profile, and a privacy guide covering the habits that keep it that way. Most of our models keep this completely separate from their personal lives.
Are there minimum hours?
You set the schedule yourself, with your manager. Some models work evenings only, some work school hours. There are no mandatory shifts on top of what you agree to. The one thing that matters is keeping the schedule you set, because the money follows the hours, and because an audience only builds when it knows when to find you.
Do I need to speak good English?
Conversational English helps a lot, because the earnings come from interacting with people in chat rather than just being on camera. That said, limited English is not a dealbreaker. There is a whole section on this page explaining how we work around it. The short version: tell us your real level on the call, and we set you up accordingly rather than dropping you into a room you cannot hold.
Who handles the messages and pricing?
Not you. That sits with your admin, whose role is set out in the team behind you. It means you are never the one negotiating a price mid-session with the room watching. Your inbox is covered from the start. How much hands-on time it needs changes as your room grows, and your manager will tell you straight what it looks like each week.
Do I have to show my face?
Yes, on the platform. This is performance work and people are paying to watch you, so no face means no money, and we would rather be straight about that than have you find out in week one. What you are not is public. Your face stays inside the platform: nothing on Instagram or TikTok, nothing posted anywhere your friends and family scroll, and your own country and region blocked so nobody local ever finds the room. Plenty of our models have worked for years without a single person in their life knowing.
Who actually talks to the subscribers?
Trained chatters on our team, working in your voice to boundaries you set in writing first. It is the single biggest difference between a room that earns and a room that stalls, because conversations convert and nobody can hold an inbox open around the clock alone. You stay in control of what is said and what is never said.
Who sees my passport or ID?
Not us. The age check belongs to the site you stream on, not to the agency, so you do it yourself on a link we send and your ID goes straight to them. Nothing lands in an agency inbox and there is no folder here with your passport in it. We know you by your alias. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
What happens if my videos get leaked?
You tell your manager, or we spot it first, and we handle the removal. That means takedown notices to the tube site, forum, Telegram channel or social account hosting it, escalation to the platform when the first notice is ignored, and repeat sweeps afterwards, because leaked content has a habit of coming back under a new upload. We do this as part of your management, not as a paid extra. What we will not do is pretend the internet has a delete button: most reposts come down, some take weeks, and a few move faster than any agency can chase. What we can promise is that you are never the one filing notices alone at midnight.
You mentioned AI. Is my face used to make things I did not film?
Only if you say yes in writing, and never otherwise. Most of our AI use is unglamorous production work: cutting one shoot into many pieces, generating variants and thumbnails, editing at a speed a person cannot match. That is what lets a single filming session feed a full posting schedule. Separately there is a hybrid option, where AI extends your existing footage into new material. That one uses your likeness, so it is opt-in, it needs written permission, you can stop it whenever you like, and nothing goes out before you have seen it. Plenty of models never enable it at all. Platform rules on AI content also change regularly, and we follow the current rules of every site you are on rather than pushing what we can get away with.
Do I have to give the equipment back?
The equipment is bought by us and stays ours, the same way a company laptop would. You are never invoiced for it while you work with us, and what happens to it if you leave is written into your agreement in plain language before you sign. Ask to see that clause on the call and we will read it to you.
What if I try it and hate it?
Then you stop, and you tell us why so we can work out whether it was the work itself or something fixable like the hours, the platform or the room. Plenty of people find the first two weeks harder than everything after, and plenty of people decide it is genuinely not for them. Both are fine. Your notice period is in the agreement and there is nothing hidden behind it.
What if I want to leave?
You leave. Your agreement sets a term and a notice period, and it is all written down before you sign, nothing buried in small print. Talk to your manager first though: most problems people leave over are schedule or workload problems we can fix in a week.
Ready?

Your first session is closer than you think.

One call, no commitment, and you leave knowing the numbers. Most models are live within a week, once the platform clears their verification.

Three ways to apply. All of them reach a real person.
Send these four things
  1. Your first name
  2. Instagram username
  3. Date of birth
  4. Roughly when you could stream each week

That is the whole application. No form, no CV, no photos at this stage. We reply, ask anything you want to ask, and set up a call if it feels right.
