What you actually earn
No headline figure invented to get you signed. Here is what the dashboards say, what moves the number, and how long it honestly takes to get there.
We fund your start. You bring the hours.
Everything runs remotely from your own space, on a weekly strategy set by people who have done this for years. You bring a laptop and the commitment, we cover the rest.
Our best month on a single account was $19,194 net, and the screenshots are further down this page. That is the top of the range and not the middle: it comes from full-time hours and months of consistency, not from one good week. The range above is where a working month starts, not where it finishes.
This is what models earn when they work the schedule they agreed and follow the plan we set each week. More hours move you up the range.
- It is earned, not handed over. We do not pay you for showing up. This range is what the strategy produces when you actually run it, and a model who works part-time or ignores the plan will land under it.
- Which is the honest version. An agency promising you money whatever you do is either lying or pricing that risk back into your split somewhere else.
- Paid in US dollars. The platforms settle in dollars and so do we.
- Your exact split, payout dates and tax are covered properly on the call, and written down before you sign anything.
And nothing beyond that number. We will not invent a headline figure to get you signed. On your call we walk through realistic ranges for the hours you actually plan to work, and once you are live your portal shows exactly where every payment came from.
What you commit to
- An agreed weekly schedule that you help set
- Following the strategy your manager sets each week
- Showing up consistently, not perfectly
- Being honest with your manager when something is not working
- Content: one set a month on the private routes, or a weekly plan if you go public on socials
Fully remote
You work from your own space, on your own schedule. There is no studio to travel to and nobody in the room with you, setup, training and support all happen remotely.
A strategy every week
Not a welcome pack you read once. Each week your manager sets what to focus on, then reviews what actually happened against it before setting the next one.
Run by people who do this
Seven years running chat, four-plus years in marketing, full time. You are not funding somebody learning the job on your account, and we are blunt about the goal here: this is a business built to make money, and it only makes ours when it makes yours.
Straight off the platforms
Not a graphic we designed. These are screenshots from accounts we run. They are top performers rather than a typical first month, and we would rather show you the dashboard than type a number into a sentence.

Read these properly. They come from models working full-time hours who have been at it for months, and they are the top of the range rather than the middle. They are not what a first month looks like and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What they do show is that the ceiling is real and that the traffic side of this genuinely works.
This is a real business
Not a group chat and not somebody testing an idea. It has been running for years, it pays for itself, and the people behind it are in it every day.

Your side of it looks different: you work from your own room, on your own hours, and nobody in your life needs to know where the money comes from.
Six things that change what you earn
Two models on the same platform, the same hours and the same looks can finish a month thousands apart. It is almost never luck. These are the levers, and every one of them is something we work on with you.
Which hours, not how many
Twenty hours in dead windows and twenty hours in peak windows are not the same job. Peak depends on the site and on where your audience actually lives, and it moves. Your manager sets your slots against real traffic, not against what is convenient.
The same days, every week
Regulars can only form around someone they can find. A model who streams Tuesday and Thursday every week out-earns one who streams more hours at random, because the second one is a stranger every single night.
Private bookings
Tips are the floor. The money moves when a regular takes you private, and that step happens far more often when somebody is handling the pricing conversation for you instead of you breaking the room to negotiate.
More than one site
The same session broadcast to several platforms multiplies who can find you without costing you another hour. Different sites peak at different times and pay differently, so the mix itself is worth money.
How the room looks
Lighting and framing decide whether somebody stops or scrolls, before you have said a word. It is the cheapest improvement available and the one most people never make, which is why we buy the kit rather than hope you do.
Talking, not just being watched
People pay to be noticed by a particular person in real time. Reading the room, answering by name, keeping a conversation alive: that is the actual product, and it is why your English level changes which rooms we put you in.
None of this is a secret. It is just a list nobody hands a new model, so she spends three months learning it the slow way. We hand it over on day one and then hold you to it in the weekly review.
Nobody earns properly in week one
The plan above tells you what you are doing. This tells you what the money does while you do it, because the first month is the one that makes people quit and almost nobody warns them.
Finding your feet
Short sessions, your manager watching, and earnings that jump around for no reason you can see. A good night and a dead night in the same week is normal and means nothing yet.
The first regulars
Names start coming back. Someone tips without being asked. Your first private booking happens. The room stops being strangers every night and starts being a handful of people who came for you.
It becomes predictable
You know which hours are worth streaming and who shows up in them. Private bookings become a normal part of a session rather than an event. Your manager is adjusting a plan that is working, not searching for one.
Established
A base of regulars who plan their week around when you are on, ranking that brings new people in on its own, and hours that convert instead of evaporating. The account is doing work for you now.
Why we tell you this. Almost everyone who quits does it somewhere in the first six weeks, looking at a number that was never going to be good yet and deciding they are the problem. They were not. They stopped one stage before it started working.
Keep going
How the work runs day to day, and the questions people ask before applying.
Your first session is closer than you think.
One call, no commitment, and you leave knowing the numbers. Most models are live within a week, once the platform clears their verification.
- Your first name
- Instagram username
- Date of birth
- Roughly when you could stream each week
That is the whole application. No form, no CV, no photos at this stage. We reply, ask anything you want to ask, and set up a call if it feels right.
18+ only. Applicants must be legally able to work in adult entertainment in their country of residence and pass age and identity verification with each platform. We never take your ID: see our privacy policy.
